2. Our Goals and Plans for 2010:

To organize in October renewal process with new members recruitment. We are planning to have about 28 LEOS Members to January 1, 2011.

To maintain regular seminars every month (exclude July -September). We have two permanent places for seminars: 1) Conference-Hall in IRE RAS (11, Mokhovaja str., Moscow) for Moscow Electromagnetic Seminar; 2) S.A. Akhmanov Hall in Nonlinear Optics Building of the M.V. Lomonosov Moscow State University for Prof. V. Shuvalov's Seminar. The entrance to seminars is free of charge for all participants.

To have tight cooperation with other Photonics Chapters in Russia, Belarus and Ukraine.

3. The workshops, symposia, educational programs, consulting programs, etc.

1	Opto-Electronic Session on Moscow Student Conference (REEPE-2010) with the best student paper contest. Moscow IEEE Photonics Chapter is organizer of Session and financial sponsor of the contest. Chair – Prof. V. Permjakov. Dates: March 1 - 2, 2010
2	XI Annual Conference of ITAE OIVT RAS (Moscow, Russia). It was presented 21 papers in oral form. Attendance ~50 specialists. Chair - Academician A. Lagarkov. Secretary - Dr. A. Kunavin. Moscow PHOTONICS Chapter was was one of the organizers and real Technical Co-Sponsor of this Conference. Dates: 29 - 31 March, 2010
3	Moscow PHOTONICS Chapter took part to organize of XII International Conference on Laser Applications in Life Sciences 2010 (LALS-2010), Oulu, Finland. Program Committee and International Advisory Board Chair - V.N. Zadkov (Russia). Dates: June 9-11, 2010.
4	Moscow PHOTONICS Chapter will took part to organize International Conference on Coherent and Nonlinear Optics (ICONO 2010), and International Conference on Lasers, Applications, and Technologies (LAT 2010) with Special session on celebrating 50 years of laser innovation. The place will be Kazan, Russia. Dates: August 23-27, 2010.
